At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wood panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the panels back in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned panels for resale quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
