How do I install the panels on my wall?
Installation is simple and DIY-friendly. You can either screw the panels directly into the wall through the felt backing or use a high-quality construction adhesive for a drill-free setup.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
Can I use these panels in high-humidity areas like bathrooms?
While our panels are durable, they are intended for indoor use in dry environments. We do not recommend installing them in areas with direct water contact or extreme humidity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused panels in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer samples before I purchase a full pack?
Yes, we offer sample boxes so you can experience the texture and color of our wood veneers in your own space before committing to a full project.
